COOPER x COOKIE PUPPIES
After much deliberation and several interesting discussions, Pat & I decided to use BISS Ch.Silverspoon's Nothing Personal (Cooper) as a stud for our 1st litter out of
Ch.Rocket City's Chocolate Chip. We have had previous success with one of Mary Aiken's studs, but primarily we liked many of the qualities that Cooper possessed. Before we were to breed Cookie, we were
fortunate enough to be able to "go over" Cooper at the 2005 Nationals and we liked what we saw. I have to admit that the final decision was Pat's, and as usual,
her decision appears to have been wise.
We have kept three puppies out of this litter, two males and a female. We placed three other show potential pups in homes where it looks like the kids will be shown. The final puppy was placed
in a wonderfull pet home, with hopes that if she develops show potential, she will hit the ring. It is very early to gauge just how good this litter really is, but we feel that
it has the potential to be as good as any litter we have ever bred up to this point.
As of 10/28/06, 3 puppies in this litter are pointed. Two of those pups are major pointed. Two other pups have come close to being pointed with Rocket City's Superman winning an All Breed RWD to a major & Rocket City's Mini Chocolate Chip winning a Specialty RWB to a major.

9/17/06; Dallas, Texas: Rocket City's Rocketman's Bad to The Bone takes his 1st RWD.
9/17/06; Lone Star Bulldog Club, Fort Worth TX: Rocket City's Mini Chocolate Chip wins Reserve Winners Bitch under Breeder/Judge Alan Breckley. This was Mini's first show. What a nice start to her show career.
10/28/06; Austin, Texas: In Rocket City's Superman's show debut, he goes RWD to a 3 point major. Nice way to start his show career. 11/12/06; Priceville Alabama: Under Breeder/Judge Dennis Entholt, Mini takes RWB to a 5 point major. 2006 BCA National week: What a week for the Cooper x Cookie litter! On National's day, Rocketman took a 2nd in the 9-12 class, Mini took a 3rd in the bitch BBE class, and Superman won the dog BBE class and then went on to take Reserve Winners Dog under Mickie Brown. What a start to the week! The 2nd day of showing saw Rocketman take a 3rd in the Am Bred class, Mini win the BBE class, and Superman take a 4th in the BBE class. The final day saw Rocketman make the final cut of 6 in the 9-12 class and Superman make the final cut of 5 in the BBE class (just missing out on the ribbons). We are very proud of how well our kiddos did.

9/2/06; Bulldog Club of Greater Tulsa: What a start to Rocket City's Aquaman's show career. In Aquaman's 2nd weekend of showing, he starts out the 1st day of a three day show by winning
Best In Sweeps under HOF Breeder/Judge Carolyn Adams. It was a very nice entry of 39 puppies, with many of the finest puppies from around the SW present. That was just the beginning of a fantastic day that Pat & Aqua were in for. Aqua then went on
to win a 6-9 puppy class of 13 at the Specialty show. His brother Rocketman took 4th in the class. When Pat headed out for Winners Dog, she had no expectations of what was coming next. After much deliberation, Breeder/Judge Bruce Smith came down to Pat & Aqua
and said you are my WD. Later in breed, Pat & Aqua went on to go BOW's, along with winning Best Puppy. We would like to thank Bruce & Carolyn for the nice start to our young boys show career.
