SALTFORK BULLDOGS - ALVA, OKLAHOMA
2005 News: Our good freind and mentor has retired from showing/breeding Bulldogs. Jerry recently had his 10th homebred champion finish (Victory's Tiger Lilly),
qaulifying him for The BCA's Breeder Hall of Fame. This honor is well deserved and I am sure that many fellow breeders are better off today because of Jerry's contribution
to the Bulldog breed. Thanks for all of your help & guidance Jerry!
Saltfork History:
Jerry Williams' kennel name, Saltfork Bulldogs, came about
because the Saltfork River flows through Alva, Oklahoma.
Jerry started out in bulldogs around 1988.
Since that time, Jerry's kennel has produced 10 American champions
and one Canadian champion, with several more "Saltfork bred" bulldogs
pointed. Additionally, several of Jerry's champions have gone on to be
Specialty BOB and BOS winners.
In 1999, Jerry's kennel was responsible for two Nationally Top 20 Ranked Bulldogs.
Indeed, BISS.CH. Rocket City's Hakeem and BISS.CH. Saltfork's Big Jake represented
Alva, Oklahoma very well. Jerry credits much of his success to the "Melrod Line" of
bulldogs.
Jerry strives to produce healthy, quality bulldogs that can compete on a national level. Saltfork's bitch, My Little Maggie,
is a recent Beckett Award winner and a member of The Bulldog Club of America Hall of Fame for
producing four or more champions. Actually, she has produced 5--with another
needing just her majors.

NEW CHAMPION SIRED BY JAKE!!
On 6/8/00 DDT'S Jackie Frost, more affectionately called "Lulu", finished her championship with a four
point major under Breed Judge Robin Stansell, at the Bulldog Club of Colorado Springs Specialty show. She is Big Jake's fourth champion.

CHAMPION JESSICA'S LATEST LITTER (BORN:12/12/00)
Here are some pictures of Ch.Saltfork's Sweet Jessica's latest litter. She was bred to a Ch.Melrod's Fabulous Freddy son, producing a litter with some pups that
have given Jerry some very high hopes of show success. Two of the pups have went to different owners in California and two have stayed home in Oklahoma. One has already taken a BEST PUPPY IN SPECIALTY MATCH.
Carol & Jim Avansino (Firebull Bulldogs) are the proud owners of "Oscar", that brought home this nice prize.
ANOTHER JAKE SIRED CHAMPION
On June 27th 2003, another Jake sired Bully completed her championship. Rocket City's White Divinity "finished" her championship by going WB & BOS for her 3rd major.
This gives Jerry 9 homebred champions. One more & Jerry is in The BCA Hall of Fame!
BISS.CH. Saltfork's Big Jake

Jake is a multiple Specialty Winning Bulldog. This is Jerry and Jeanette's first home-bred
champion. Jake has sired several champions, with several more pointed. Jake currently
resides with his co-owner, Gary Aaron(pictured), of Double A Bulldogs in Magnolia, Texas. In 2003, Jake
became a member of The Bulldog Club of America Stud Dog Hall of Fame, for siring ten champions.

This is Maggie, the "Queen" of Saltfork's champions. To the right is a picture that was taken at the 1998
Nationals in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is a Bulldog Club of America Brood Bitch Hall of Fame member for
producing four or more champions. Actually, Maggie has produced five champions!!! She recently shared the Beckett
Award, given out for producing the most champions in the previous five years leading up to 1999. Maggie passed away on July 19th,2002,
leaving her mark on the breed that few other bitches can make. PLEASE go to

Jessica is a littermate of Big Jake. She is a Specialty Best of Opposite
Sex winner, and has produced a beautiful Titus sired, champion daughter--Double A's
Saltfork Ava. Jessica is a very balanced girl,with a beautiful head, and a nice pear shaped body, who has
made it to the final cut of bitches at both the 1997 & 1998 Nationals.
